PVT acompanha Jason Miller em reality show no Rio de Janeiro

O Portal do Vale-Tudo está participando diretamente do MMA Fighter Exchange, um projeto inovador da EA Sports (empresa que produz um novo game de MMA) em conjunto com os nossos parceiros do Sherdog.com.

Neste projeto, quatro lutadores são enviados para lugares distintos do globo com quatro novas promessas de seus respectivos países para treinar em academias locais. Ronaldo Jacaré e Fernando Bettega, por exemplo, foram os brasileiros escolhidos para passarem uma semana na AKA em San José. Enquanto isso, os armênios Gegard Mousasi e Martyniouk estão treinando em várias academias em Los Angeles e os ingleses Rockhold e Phillips foram enviados para a J-Rock no Japão.

Os escolhidos para vir para o Brasil foram os americanos Jason Miller e a nova promessa do wrestling Patrick Durkin. Ambos chegaram ao Rio nesta segunda-feira acompanhados do treinador de King Mo, Ryan Parson. Jason e Durkin treinarão em diversas academias de MMA durante esta semana. “A impressão que tive é que caí direto do avião dentro do octagon dos Nogueiras”, disse o brincalhão Jason, que mal teve tempo de desfazer as malas no Sheraton Barra e já foi direto participar do treino de MMA puxado por Alex Gazé no CT dos Irmãos Nogueiras. Depois de fazer três rounds de cinco minutos com Igor Chatubinha, André Chatuba, Rodrigo Kanu e Eder Jones, os três americanos se encantaram com as belezas da Prainha e terminaram o dia em êxtase almoçando na churrascaria Rio Brasa. “Sempre quis vir ao Brasil, tenho certeza que esta experiência será única”, disse ao fim do dia o figuraço Jason Miller, que já nas primeiras horas no Rio conseguiu desfazer a impressão de Bad Boy que passa pela mídia.

Nesta terça, a dupla será recebida por Roberto Gordo Corrêa em sua academia, na quarta irão à Gracie Barra (manhã) e na X-Gym (noite), na quinta Nobre Arte (manhã) e Nova União (tarde), na sexta na RFT, no sábado na BTT e no domingo no Shooto. Segunda, os três voltam para Los Angeles direto para a festa de lançamentos do novo videogame da EAS.
